Here are some quotes from some of Marybeth's cooking 'students':

"Before I went to one of Marybeth's classes, I didn't know how to put together a meal. Now I am cooking in parchment paper and using phyllo dough very easily after just one lesson. It was also great fun!" - Leslie V.

"The class I attended was so great! It was more like a party - we laughed a lot and learned a lot, too. I never knew cooking could be fun." - Joan R.

" I have four kids and a full-time job, and never had much time to cook. I didn't enjoy it, either. But I really had a surprisingly good time at Marybeth's class and learned that I can cook. I just needed to learn some of the secrets and shortcuts that she showed us." - Sue. M.

"I never thought that I could cook - even after 22 years of marriage! Marybeth showed me how to organize, and showed me lots of shortcuts and easy techniques so that I can actually make a dinner that tastes great." - Sharon T.
